Project Management

We are capable creating detailed gnatt chart schedules and colored phase drawings for project management of our work and for the benefit of the owner or occupant. This is especially helpful when working in occupied buildings which stay in operation during construction. We are experienced in working with difficult logistical conditions (i.e. remote project locations, extreme weather conditions, top secret/high level security projects, high end finishes and accelerated schedules, above and around sensitive equipment such as computers or servers, irreplaceable collections such as historical books, records, artifacts).

We have 15,000 sq.ft. of Warehouse and Fabrication Shop which is capable of storing the needed materials for our projects. For steel piping projects we prefabricate our piping from our shop drawings so when it arrives on-site it is ready to install with minimal modification required to install. In our shop we are capable of all cutting, threading, grooving and welding all our pipe. Also if the project requires painted piping we are capable of painting pipe and fittings prior to delivery to the site.

Our pipe fitters are trained, certified and experienced in the installation of all of the service we provide. Whether they are installing sprinkler piping, fire pump, control valve, dry or pre-action system, retrofitting a new system into an existing building, or whatever we are doing, our workers always maintain a professional, positive attitude to accomplish the project at hand. The safety of our workers is a priority and we require all of our workers to review and fill out a weekly safety information sheet to increase their awareness of the hazards which exist all around them.

We offer Scheduled Preventative Maintenance, NFPA 25 Inspections and Testing for all types of fire protection and security systems.
